For Prime Contractors, a Notice to Owner is required before labor or materials are provided for a construction project. A Model Disclosure Statement is due before work begins on all residential and commercial projects with contracted costs totaling under $60,000.

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Notice of a Right to Claim a Lien must be provided within 60 days from first day labor or materials were provided on a construction project.
