For Prime Contractors, a Notice of Possible Mechanic’s Lien is required to be provided to the owner of the property within 10 days of starting the project. Also, a Notice of Intent to lien must be given to the owner of the property within the 200 days of the liens’ filing date.

Sub/Laborer

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Notice of Intent to lien is required be provided to the owner of the property within 200 days of the liens’ filing date.

Supplier/Other

For Suppliers and Others, a Notice of Intent to lien is required be provided to the owner of the property within 200 days of the liens’ filing date.
