Prime Contractor

For single-family residential projects, liens must be filed within 4 months of the last date labor or materials were provided on a project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 1 year of the liens’ filing date.

Sub/Laborer

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a lien must be filed within 8 months of last providing services on a construction project.
