For Prime Contractors, a Mechanics Lien is required to be filed within 90 days of the last day labor or materials were provided on a construction project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 6 months of the liens’ filing date.

Sub/Laborer

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Mechanics Lien is required to be filed within 90 days of the last day labor or materials were provided on a construction project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 6 months of the liens’ filing date.

Supplier/Other
