Sub/Laborer

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Notice of Lien Rights must be served to the owner of the property within 20 days of first day materials or labor were provided for a construction project. This notice must be recorded within 5 days after the notice is provided to the owner of the property.

Supplier/Other
