Prime Contractor

For Prime Contractors, a Notice of Disclosure is served to owner of the property before receiving first payment.

Sub/Laborer

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Notice of Intent to Lien must be served to the owner of the property within 10 days prior to filing lien.

Supplier/Other

For Suppliers and Others, a Notice of Intent to Lien must be served to the owner of the property within 10 days prior to filing lien. However, for equipment lessors, they have 15 days within the date of the equipments’ delivery to provide the notice.
