Sub/Laborer

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Notice to Owner must be provided to the owner of the property within 75 days of the last day labor or materials were provided on the project, if the contract is for $1,000 or less. If the contract amount is greater than $1,000, a notice must be provided to the owner of the property within 120 days of the last day labor or materials were provided on the project.

Supplier/Other

For Suppliers and Others, a Notice to Owner must be provided to the owner of the property within 75 days of the last day labor or materials were provided on the project, if the contract is for $1,000 or less.
