For Prime Contractors dealing with residential property, a Mechanics Lien must be filed within 60 days, and non-residential within 90 days of the projects completion. Enforcement of the lien is required within 1 year of the liens’ filing.

For Subcontractors and Laborers dealing with residential property, a Mechanics Lien must be filed within 60 days, and non-residential within 90 days of the projects completion. Enforcement of the lien is required within 1 year of the liens’ filing.

Supplier/Other

For Suppliers and Others dealing with residential property, a Mechanics Lien must be filed within 60 days, and non-residential within 90 days of the projects completion. Enforcement of the lien is required within 1 year of the liens’ filing.
