For Prime Contractors, a Lien is required to be filed within 90 days from completion of a project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 180 days of recording the lien.

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Lien is required to be filed within 90 days from completion of a project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 180 days of recording the lien.

Supplier/Other
