Prime Contractor

For Prime Contractors, a Mechanics Lien must be filed within 90 days from the notice of completion, or 180 days from the projects’ completion. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 180 days after the liens’ filing date. Preconstruction liens must be filed within 90 days of providing final labor or materials on the project.

Sub/Laborer
