For Prime Contractors, a Mechanics Lien is required to be filed within 90 days from last day materials or labor were provided for a construction project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 1 year of the liens’ filing date.

For Subcontractors and Laborers, a Mechanics Lien is required to be filed within 90 days from last day materials or labor were provided for a construction project. Enforcement of the lien must take place within 1 year of the liens’ filing date.

Supplier/Other
