Sub/Laborer
For Subs and Laborers, no Preliminary Notice is necessary unless the owner files Notice of Commencement. When that happens, a Notice to Contractor must be sent to the owner of the property and the Prime Contractor within 30 days of first rendering services or materials on the project.
